Returns and Cancellations Policy – 

 

Our products are made to order so all sales are final, but we will replace defective products. We will begin the replacement process for defective merchandise within the first 7 calendar days of your order’s delivery. Contact us with your order number for help with this. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

 

 

Shipping Policy – 

 

We partner with USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ship orders depending on the shipment service selected and paid for. We ship internationally where allowed by United States law. Once a parcel carrier takes possession of your package, any shipping disputes must be resolved with them. We do not have any control over their operations – but will follow up on your behalf when possible. Contact us with any concerns!
